día de los muertos - mexican supper club

we commemorate the colourful mexican day of the dead, a time of family, community, joy, and remembrance.

autumn escabeche: annatto vinegar seasonal vegetables 

morito chilli pan de muerto: traditional slightly sweet milk bread, served with two nut salsas: sesame peanut & macha 

pozole roja with spiced popcorn: rich, smoky broth with hominy corn & sweet potato 

chillies en nogada: padron peppers filled with spiced pumpkin, served with cashew mole & pomegranate

pumpkin blossom guajillo taco: guajillo pepper sauce pumpkin blossom, charred pineapple salsa 

enchilada verde: chorizo-filled enchilada, topped with tomatillo sour cream salsa 

frijoles negros refritos: refried black beans

pumpkin-spiced churros & mexican hot chocolate sauce: long dough sticks tossed in cinnamon nutmeg sugar, served with warm spiced chocolate dip

maracuyá chocolate skulls: passion fruit rum truffles
